1.How to process my orders ?

Answer :You don't need to be an expert to start importing from China. Firstly you need to select the pictures you want to carve, name them and fill out the order quantity of each picture.Then please leave order detail for us by our email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with correct shipping address, contact number. Once confirm half  payment we will start carving and send you the photos of finished leaves for you to confirm. We will deliver the leaves to you in time once we confirm the full payment and pass you the tracking No.

2.How much time does the order need?  The size of the leaf carving artwork.

Answer:It dpends on your order quantity. Here is the details:

1~19 pieces: 5 days

20~49 pieces: 6 days

50~99 pieces: 7 days

100~199 pieces: 10 days

200~500 pieces: 15 days

……

the size: 23cm*23cm~28cm*28cm

3.How do i pay for order ?

Answer:we accept paypal.

4.What is your mini order and If can offer the sample ?

Answer :the minimum order is not limited.We can offer sample for you by 8 discount.

5.How will the order be shipped ? How long for me to receive the order parcel?

Answer : Your order will be delivered within 3-5 days once confirm payment after the finishment of the leaf carving making. Shipping is done via express courier,most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, FedEx, EMS,TNT and UPS. we will provide you the tracking No. in time by email. Delivery may takes about 4--6 work days.( pls noted sometimes it can be delivered faster. it depends on your country.)

6.Will ship to a P.O. Box, FPO/APO ?

Answer :We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box address. Beacuse there have been many situations in the past where the shipper/carrier couldnot find the address. It is troublesome for both of us. Please  leave valid and right address detail for us.

7.Is drop shipping available?

Answer: Yes, please make sure you've given us the correct shipping address, contact number and email address.
